This amusing LA RAPHAELLE poster appeared shortly thereafter depicting a fantasy in which the pilot of a Wright Flyer lassos a bottle of wine from a waiter's tray.
Wilbur Wright made his first public flight in France south of Le Mans on August 8, 1908. It is believed that this is the first depiction of a Wright airplane in a poster.
